Dr. Erica Nikiforuk, ND has over 12 years of experience in naturopathic fertility care. She is licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Acupuncturist and is dedicated to helping couples feel supported throughout their journey to conceive healthy babies. Dr. Erica has extensive experience treating hormonal and reproductive concerns, including PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, male factor infertility, and more. She specializes in treating complex fertility conditions such as diminished ovarian reserve, recurrent miscarriage, implantation failure, thin lining, autoimmunity, and unexplained infertility.
Dr. Erica provides patient-centred care to support patients at any stage of their fertility journey. Beginning in the preconception period, she works with both partners to lay the foundations for a healthy pregnancy. She addresses nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, and hormone imbalances while optimizing egg and sperm quality. Dr. Erica offers evidence-based integrative care for individuals and couples who are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing IUI, IVF, or egg freezing. During pregnancy, Dr. Erica provides detailed nutritional guidance to address common concerns and ensure the optimal development of the baby.
